So today Portia and Becca left for Amsterdam for their quick layover of a couple hours to then 'bounce' into Romania (Bucharest the capital city). The last I heard was that their plane (KLM?) was grounded for a small time because of some kind of mechanical issue, we are hoping it was just an oilchange???
Will update the blog once I hear from them hopefully in Amsterdam, but they may not have time to checkin as they only had a couple hour layover to start with and with the plane being about an hour late they will probably need to hurry to make their original flight.

Glad to see you guys already found the blog ;) Portia better take pictures, I know she has our camera with 2 fully charged batteries and way too much photo memory (3gb)
Also, think Becca got a nice camera upgrade just before trip so I can't wait to see the pics as well!
Becca, it is approx 9 pm Tues and we just learned you made it. We have been talking to Scott all day so when we looked at the blog, we called him. He did notknow you were there yet and was glad to hear you are at your destination. When you get a little time, let us know of the train/subway/burro ride to the town you are in. How big is it and how big is the clinic. Bring me back a rock and a bottle of Romanian Vodka. Looking forward to hearing from you. Dad
